Went for the 10000 mile service on my wife's CX-5 and let me say I was highly impressed by Riley's Service Department! The check in process was very quick and easy, everything was explained to me on what was going to be done along with knowing what the price would be from the start. The waiting room was very nice complete with TV and Wifi along with complementary coffee and granola bars. Service was fast and my check out was fast and got a complete rundown on what was done. Overall I was very satisfied by everyone in the service department and completely satisfied with the service they provided. Highly recommend going to check them out.

This was my first time for service at Riley Mazda for my CX-9 and it was great. I booked the appointment online, including a loaner vehicle. I checked in and was on my way in about 20 minutes. They contacted me via text when my service was completed. No complaints on the entire experience. I will definitely use them again for service.

Absolutely amazing. The pricing is transparent, the entire staff is friendly, and it's incredible that the Services department offers a shuttle to and from their site as well as a concierge service that will pick up and drop off your car. They also washed my car at the end - it hasn't looked this clean since I first got it! Thank you Riley Mazda!

There's a reason why this location is so highly rated. They are professional and then some!! While my car is covered under a warranty, they went above and beyond when servicing my vehicle. They even set up a valet service to both pick my car up and drop it off when it was ready. The little details like a complimentary car wash are what sets them apart. Mind you, I only scheduled a basic oil change and they did a Full Service Circle Report! Couldn't be happier with the service at Riley Mazda of Stamford. Highly recommend.

I dropped my car off because someone hit my car door with their car door and it caused a dent. They did a great job getting the dent out along with an excellent paint job. They also washed my car, cleaned the inside, and delivered my car to my front door. I love their service. I definitely feel I got the royal treatment. Thank you!

"I had a very positive experience with Hunter at Riley Mazda. I recently purchased a Mazda6 and Hunter provided expert insight and patiently worked with me to find the best possible deal. Of all the car dealers I've dealt with over the years, Hunter was one of the most knowledgeable and least aggressive in his approach - he was willing to let the process unfold at the right pace but also made sure to highlight the key benefits of the car and dealer service.
I found everyone I interacted with to be positive, professional and courteous. This is an exciting time for Mazda products and it seems that the Riley dealership is stepping up their game to deliver a great customer experience.

I just purchased my second Mazda, this time from Riley Mazda and the experience was great!  Fatos in sales was extremely responsive and helpful when I called to inquire about their inventory.  He provided all the information I needed and we did most of the deal over the phone and email. No other dealer could come close to their price or superior service.  Picking it up was a snap and the demo of all the car's features was very helpful.  Bravo to Fatos and the entire team.  I will never buy another Mazda anywhere else!!!"

We had originally planned to purchase a CX-5 from a Mazda dealership closer to home, but after a very frustrating exchange proved they were unwilling to work with us, we drove to Stamford. Unsure if this dealership would be as bad, we discussed the possibility of buying our other option, a Ford Escape, instead.
